With the hotels we coordinate with the Bell desk, they will prepare the room earlier than other guests so we can deliver in the afternoon on the day you arrive. When you depart we will put your pick-up for the latter part of the day so we can pick it up from the hotel after checkout. The same applies with Airbnb, although sometimes those coordination's can be a little trickier because they are not staffed. We do our best to make it feasible for the management company, ourselves, and of course for you! We can deliver any of our medical equipment to these locations such as wheelchairs, walkers, lift chairs, etc8l.. If it is not an item that needs assembly then we leave with the Bell desk or in a safe place at the AirBNB.
