Erica Sell

CEO / Founder

Erica Sell grew up in Northern California. After attending Pepperdine University and graduating from UCSD, she decided to extend her passion for helping people in need into a successful business. She created Harmony Home Medical in 2008. Erica is a Certified Assistive Technology Professional (ATP) and Certified Aging in Place Specialist.

Jason Gunn 

Purchasing Manager

Jason comes from the retail world where has done purchasing and receiving for big retailers like World Market. He also holds a degree in Sociology. Jason manages the supply chain and stock of Harmony’s showroom. He also is a critical part of the Harmony customer experience, ensuring that all clients get what they need, in an enjoyable way, and in a timely manner.  

Adam roberts

Operations Manager

Adam is a veteran who comes from the aviation sector. He has a vast knowledge of electrical components, construction, and field protocols. He applies all those skills to deliver superior installations and product knowledge to Harmony’s clients. Adam also has a degree in small business and plays a key role in creating policy and performance standards for the Harmony Team.
